  Special parking with fishing permit - 24 hrs. April 1 - Dec. 31.
  Star gazing: 1/1 - 12/31, with permit.
• West End Marina: 1/1 - 12/31, sunrise - sunset, daily.
  West End Marina Boat Docking: 6/26 - 9/6: Sat, Sun & Hol.; Transient Berthing: Sunrise - sunset.
