Moreau Overlook Hike

This steep hike is well worth the effort. A trail just shy of one mile has an impressive vertical climb, with a more impressive bird's eye view of Moreau Lake. Please bring water and appropriate footwear.

This special hike will take hikers to a rare community found in New York State; a high bush blueberry bog thicket. If you think you know Moreau like the back of your hand, think again! We will be eating lunch on the trail so make sure to bring a bagged lunch or a few snacks.

The school year has begun again, and it's time to start our home school classes. This class will be offered monthly and will cater to 7-12 year old kids. November's class will be about Canadian geese and other migratory birds. This class will be $2 per child, parents must be present during class.
